Polyurethane Engine Mount Assemblies 66-72B 66-73C 70-74E We now offer our Polyurethane engine mounts in a complete kit which includes the brackets and all bolts you will need to bolt a big block in a 1966-72 B body, 1970-74 E Body, or a 1966-73 C body. Big block and small block cars use the same K member for these years, so even if the car was a factory small block car, this kit will allow a big block to bolt right in just as if it had come that way from the factory.
Polyurethane Engine Mounts (pair) 66-72B 66-73C 70-74E Finally, a 100% polyurethane engine mount available for a Mopar! The Chevy guys have had these for years, so we figured it was about time to bring our Mopars into modern day technology also. Polyurethane offers stiffness and strength far beyond the factory "rubber" mounts. It lasts much, much longer than rubber, it won't crack or dry out. And it will handle the power of a big displacement engine without the harshness and 100% vibration transfer of a solid steel mount. These are sold as a pair. They fit B bodies from 1966-72, C bodies from 1966-73 and E bodies from 1970-74.
O.E.Engine Mount Assemblies 66-72B 66-73C 70-74E We now offer our awesome 2250 Heavy OEM engine mounts in a complete kit which includes the brackets and all bolts you will need to bolt a big block in a 1966-72 B body, 1970-74 E Body, or a 1966-73 C body. Big block and small block cars use the same K member for these years, so even if the car was a factory small block car, this kit will allow a big block to bolt right in just as if it had come that way from the factory.
OEM Spec Engine Mount - 66-72B 66-73C 70-74E These mounts are used on B bodies from 1966-72, C bodies from 1966-73 and E bodies from 1970-74. These were originally made by Chrysler as part number 2536121, and the original NOS Chrysler ones are awesome quality (or at least they were back when the rubber wasn't 60+ years old..) In the early 80's, after Chrysler discontinued the OEM ones, the aftermarket took over and started making these as part number "2250." There used to be a dozen aftermarket companies offering them. Over the years, they have consolidated and bought each other out, to where now there are only two manufacturers. We (like everyone else) were forced to sell what was available on the market, and unfortunately, it became quickly apparent that the quality of the "aftermarket" 2250 mounts was absolutely horrible. One manufacturer's doesn't fit the K-member correctly. The other doesn't fit the engine support brackets correctly. The welding of the nuts to the steel ears is so bad that about 20% of the time when you tighten the bolt, the welds break and the nut snaps off the ears. The steel used for the backing is way thinner than the original Chrysler ones. And there's even more issues, we could go on and on. Anyhow, we decided to fix all these problems by making our own engine mounts from scratch. We made sure they are absolutely dimensionally and functionally identical to the original NOS Chrysler ones in every way. And we offer them at a price that is only slightly more than the "questionable" ones you will find on ebay or at your local auto parts store. Sold one per package, so use 2 per car.
Solid Steel Engine Mount (1) 66-72B 66-73C 70-74E Body We now offer these time tested SOLID STEEL engine mounts. These are guaranteed to simply never, ever break. Period. We sell these as ONE mount per package, because many people like to run a solid mount on the drivers side, and a rubber mount on the passenger side, which gives you a good combination of unbeatable strength along with some vibration dampening ability. So we don't make you buy a pair if you only need one.
Engine Support Brackets 66-72B 66-73C 70-74E Shown above are our most popular brackets, Chrysler # 2536132, for the right side, and 2863751 for the left. Notice the left hand bracket will have a tube welded across the channel area of the mount (shown above on the right) making it easy to distinguish from the right side bracket. These were used on B bodies from 1966-72, C bodies from 1966-73 and E bodies from 1970-74. The right hand bracket (2536132) was also used on the passenger side of big block A bodies from 1967-69 with our 101-1063 insulator. Great replacement brackets for missing or damaged originals on factory big block cars, or for transplanting a big block into a small block car (except A-body) of the above years and body styles. No k member changes are required. Use with our 101-1063 insulators. These are sold as a set including one right hand bracket and one left hand bracket.
Factory Style Heavy Duty Torque Strap Cable Ma Mopar supplied these from the factory on super heavy duty applications such as police cars, etc. This heavy duty cable bolts to the engine block on the top, and the K-member on the bottom, so that if the rubber engine mount (insulator) should fail for any reason, the cable will restrict the engine movement and prevent any damage. With the super powerful stroker setups many of us are now running, installing one of these is a no brainer, no matter what type of engine mounts you are using.
Dynatech Engine Mounts (pair) - New The engineers at Dynatech have taken our most popular mounts and converted them into a 21st century design which provides the best of all worlds: The vibration dampening ability of a stock rubber mount with the torque handling ability of a solid steel mount.
Bolt Kit - Engine Support Brackets to Block Finally, a hard to find reproduction of the factory bolts that will allow you to bolt your engine support brackets to the motor mount ears which are cast into the side of your engine block. These have the thin style washers and fine thread just like the factory originals that Chrysler used. And because they are US made from high strength steel, they work great for those high horsepower applications as well. One kit contains six bolt/washer/nut assemblies, enough to do one complete engine (both sides.)
Bolt Kit - Engine Mounts to K Member and Support Brackets This bolt kit includes all the bolts, nuts and washers needed to attach your engine mounts to the both the K member and the engine support brackets on your 1966-72 B OR C Body, or your 1970-74 E body. This kit includes hardware for both sides, so only 1 kit is needed per car.
Oil Pickup Tube 3/8 - Straight - 5" Depth We offer a factory style straight type 3/8" oil pickup. Once installed, these measure about 5" from the pan rail to the bottom of the pickup. The distance from the rear of the pickup to the rear of the engine block (also once installed) is about 11 1/8". These "factory type" pickups can be run directly touching the bottom of the oil pan, however we have also run them with 1/4-3/8 of clearance between the pan and pickup without any problems. Depending on the specific combination of oil pan (and windage tray, if applicable) you are using, some modifications to this pickup may sometimes be necessary. Compare to Mopar Performance part number P4529565
Oil Pan - 6 quart - A or C body with tie rod relief - EXTRA THICK These are an exact reproduction of the 1966-69 (early style) 426 Hemi B Body pan, Chrysler part number 2780547. Factory Chrysler Oil pans, and the "made in Taiwan" reproductions on the market are usually made out of steel which is about .049" thick. We've reproduced these in our EXTRA THICK steel, which is about .083" thick, or about 70% thicker than normal. The extra thickness not only helps to keep the pan more rigid and the pan rails straight and flat, but it also helps if you accidentally scrape the pan on that odd speed bump or driveway. These pans feature the large "tie rod" dimple which also makes them a great pan to use when doing engine swaps and putting a big block into an "A" body or "C" body application. These are similar to the hard to find "187" or "699" factory pans, however the sump has been made deeper at about 5 3/4" inches, for a larger 6 quart oil capacity, and baffles have been added to the interior to help with oil control. With the half century old 187 and 699 pans getting very hard to find, and the ones that are out there looking extremely beat up, these are also a great answer for those big block engine swaps. We recommend using our 101-1009 oil pickup if your block has standard 3/8" NPT threads, or our 111-1014 if your block has 1/2" NPT threads. 1/2" NPT threads are usually only found on original 426 Hemi blocks, or if someone has enlarged (drilled and tapped) the 3/8" threads out to 1/2" on a 383/400/440 Wedge block. This pan is supplied in a in a very nice black electroplated finish, the same process used in modern replacement body parts. Can be installed as-is or painted if desired.
