Large Thrust Bearing Upgrade for RB Engines 1974 & Later - STD
We offer our thrust bearing UPGRADE as an option to convert any small thrust main bearing set to large thrust. This kit inlcudes the thrust beaing upper and lower shells ONLY, allowing you to replace the small thrust bearings in most standard main bearing sets with large ones. This helps to increase available surface area, which is especially helpful in manual transmission cars which tend to put a large amount of pressure pushing forward onto the crankshaft by the clutch and pressure plate, etc. These will fit RB (tall deck) engines only, and LATER 1974-79 blocks only. They WILL NOT FIT 1973 and earlier engines. These are only available in STANDARD size.

Big Block Chrysler Distributor Wrench
Anyone who's worked on a Big Block Mopar knows that the distributor is in a very unique place. On the front of the engine, and at a 45 degree angle, making it a little difficult sometimes to find just the right wrench for loosening and tightening the distributor hold down bolt. Factory Throttle Cable Bracket - B Engine Only
This is a reproduction of the factory Chrysler part number 2863703 throttle control mounting bracket (also sometimes called the Throttle cable bracket.) This bolts on using one of the intake manifold bolts and holds the throttle cable in place. It also provides the pivot axle for the throttle kickdown lever. This works for B engines only, RB engines use a slightly different bracket. This is the same bracket we supply in our complete B engine kickdown kits. This includes the cable hold down tab and Koni Keps nut with secured washer, exactly as shown in the picture. For 4 speed applications, simply remove the pivot pin and spacer. With these parts removed, Chrysler supplied these as factory part number 2863704.

Cast Aluminum 564 Oil Pan - 7" DEEP - 10 Quart Capacity
We've taken our awesome cast aluminum 564 Hemi oil pan, and extended the sump down to 7 inches deep, which increases the oil capacity to an amazing 10 full quarts! Like the steel versions, these fit 1966-1972 B body and 1970-1974 E bodys like a glove, although they will hang down an extra few inches because of the extra depth. These feature an amazing 3/8" (.375") thick pan rail which is fully CNC machined to be razor flat and smooth for a perfect gasket seal (see additional images for a picture of the flange). Made from heavy cast aluminum, the thickness of the pan and rail even helps to add structural support to the block, similar to how a girdle works. We recommend using our 127-1017 oil pickup if your block has standard 3/8" NPT threads, or our 127-1018 if your block has 1/2" NPT threads. 1/2" NPT threads are usually only found on original 426 Hemi blocks, or if someone has enlarged (drilled and tapped) the 3/8" threads out to 1/2" on a 383/400/440 Wedge block. These can be run as is, or clear coated, or painted if desired. You won't find such an awesome pan at this price anywhere else!

Factory Style Magnetic Drain Plug
We've reproduced the 100% correct original factory drain plugs, BUT we've taken it a step further and added a magnet to the backside to capture any metal shavings or debris which might be circulating around the engine, to prevent it from causing any more potential damage. Torqueflight 727 - 1" filter extention kit - O-Ring Type
Make sure to drop that filter when installing a deep, extra capacity trans pan, so the trans pulls from the cooler fluid at the bottom, where it is supposed to. These basically perform the same function the oil pickup tube does in an engine oil pan. Stainless Intake Valley Pan Gasket - B Engine - BLOCKED Exhaust Crossover
We made our own valley pan tooling, so we could stamp these out of super nice 100% STAINLESS material. Something you won't find anywhere else, stainless virtually eliminates all corrosion issues, and looks great as well! These fit "B" (361/383/400) engines, which use a slightly narrower version of this gasket because of the lower deck height (which puts the heads a bit closer together.) We recommend using these with our 112-1005 intake "facing" gaskets. This version features the center hole for the exhaust heat crossover BLOCKED, which is great for performance engines when you don't want the extra heat from the exhaust crossover circulating below the intake manifold.

CNC Aluminum 564 Oil Pan - 6 Quart Capacity
Our steel reproduction of the factory 6 quart Hemi pan (the "564"), has been so popular that we did a digital scan of it, and made the tooling for a super trick CNC aluminum version. Like the steel versions, these fit 1966-1972 B body and 1970-1974 E bodys like a glove, (see the additional pictures to show this installed in our 1968 Charger.) These feature an amazing 3/8" (.375") thick pan rail which is fully CNC machined to be razor flat and smooth for a perfect gasket seal. Pin Bushings - Reduces 1.094" Pin to .990" Floating-Set of 8
Use our B1094 Pin bushings when reducing any Chrysler 1.094" pin size rod (stock or aftermarket) down to a fit a floating .990" pin setup. Or, they can also be used as service replacement bushings in aftermarket H-beam type rods with .990" pins. These are .060" wall, for plenty of rigidity. They require installation by a machine shop, as they must be pressed in and sized to fit after installation. We usually recommend about .0007" pin to bushing clearance for most applicatons. Alternator Bracket kit - 304 Polished Stainless
We now offer our alternator bracket kit made from real 304 Stainless Steel Material, and then polished to a high luster finish. As most of us know, nothing resists corrosion, wear and chemicals like real stainless steel. These have all the curves and holes exactly like the factory ones did, including the two upper holes which fit both low deck "B" (361-383-400) and raised deck "RB" (413-426-440) engines. Aftermarket chrome units have only one hole which fits only RB engines. They also have "TOP" written on the top of the triangle bracket to help with correct installation, just like the factory ones did. These require a 1968 or later water pump housing, or an aftermarket aluminum one.

Intermediate (distributor) Shaft Bushing Installer and Reamer Tool
This custom made tool works perfectly to install your intermediate (distributor) shaft bushing into your engine block. Just insert the bushing onto the end of the tool, lower the tool and bushing into the block, and guide the bushing into the block hole. Then drop the round collar down into the distributor hole, which will center and guide the tool. Then tap the end of the tool with a hammer, this will drive the bushing into the block perfectly straight and evenly. You'll hear the sound change once the bushing bottoms out into the block. Then thread the large nut down onto the tool until it's snug against the collar. Then hold the adjusting screw from moving with a 3/8" wrench or a crescent. Then tighten the large installation nut, and this will pull the reamer tip up through the bushing, ensuring it is properly sized. After this, your intermediate shaft will drop right into the bushing with no problems. Another great big block Mopar specific solution from 440 Source at a fraction of the price you can find it elsewhere!

Timing Cover - EXTRA THICK - With Cam Button Reinforcement

Our new line of EXTRA THICK oil pans was such a success, we decided to offer timing covers as well. This cover is an exact reproduction of Chrysler part number 2658454, which was used on all big block engines from 1966-72, making it the desired cover for nearly all muscle car applications. And since all big block timing covers are interchangable, it will fit any big block of any year.

However, with this version, we welded on an additional triangular REINFORCEMENT PLATE (also made from the same .083" thick steel) with SIX heavy duty spot welds. The purpose of this is to strengthen the cover for all ROLLER CAM applications which use a cam button that puts extra pressure against this area of the cover.

We have made these directly from the original Chrysler OEM drawings, ensuring they are 100% accurate in every way. These include the original welded on timing tab with timing marks in 5 degree increments, so there is no need to purchase an additional tab like there is with the aftermarket covers. But, more importantly, we stamp these from our EXTRA THICK steel. Factory Chrysler timing covers, and the "made in Taiwan" reproductions on the market are usually made out of steel which is about .049" thick. We've reproduced these in our EXTRA THICK steel, which is about .083" thick, or about 70% thicker than normal. The extra thickness not only helps to keep the cover more rigid to support the cam, but it also keeps the gasket rails straight and flat, and holds the seal straight and round, and exactly where it should be. These are supplied in a in a very nice black electroplated finish, the same process used in modern replacement body parts. Can be installed as-is or painted if desired. We guarantee these will be the strongest, heaviest, and nicest cover you've ever seen!

Heavy Duty Cast Aluminum Deep Trans Pan - POLISHED
Our new Heavy Duty Deep Trans pans are made from super thick cast aluminum, and then polished to a smooth finish for good looks, easy cleaning and superior heat dissipation. These feature a flange that is nearly a HALF INCH thick, which helps to provide structural support to the trans case, as well as virtually eliminate any oil leaks. The pan rail is fully CNC machined to be laser straight for no gasket leaks. And the 3" depth holds an extra 2 quarts of fluid which helps with cooling as well. Dropped Centerlink - 1967-72 A Body
It's a common issue on Mopars to have the rear of the oil pan making contact with the centerlink. This is known to be a very "tight fitting" area, and is often due to aftermarket oil pans being made deeper than stock ones, aftermarket engine mounts being thinner than OEM factory ones- which causes the engine to sit lower, past collision damage, incorrect parts, or even just plain old "sloppy" production tolerances from back when the cars were thown together on the assembly lines. And then, if you are running a windage tray, or especially a Main Girdle Plate, it drops the pan down EVEN FARTHER!! Our new dropped centerlink is just the solution! We've reproduced the factory centerlink to 100% OEM specs, except the center part which goes directly underneath the oil pan has been "dropped" by 3/4" inch, to give you a bunch of extra clearance under the oil pan. You can see the two parts compared together in the same picture. These are also usable as a service replacement item if you just need a brand new centerlink (even if you don't necessarily need the additional oil pan clearance.) As far as we are aware, these are the only 100% NEW MANUFACTURED centerlinks currently available on the market. A long awaited solution to an age old problem! These replace factory part number 2533077.

Intermediate Shaft Bushing - High Performance CNC Machined
We now offer our new HIGH PERFORMANCE intermediate shaft bushings. Unlike the standard bushings everyone else is selling which are made from powdered metal, these are FULLY CNC MACHINED from a solid piece of brass. We helically machine the top of these to funnel the oil to the oil pump shaft reducing oblong wear, expecially at HIGHER RPM's which helps to greatly increase the amount of oil available to the gear. We also machine extra oil slots inside the bore area, and these are large enough for oil to easily enter which helps them to also act as a reservoir. These improvements are all visible in the picture. An important note, these are for COUNTERCLOCKWISE rotation only, so they CAN NOT be used in small blocks or reverse rotation boat engines. There is no specific rotation or "clocking" needed when installing. A great improvement which helps with longevity, especially if you are running a billet roller cam and/or a high volume oil pump, both of which put extra stress on the gears. Don't forget to order our 200-1205 Installer/Reamer tool (available on our tools and supplies page) if you are installing one of these yourself.

Oil Pan Stud Kit - With Locknuts
We offer this oil pan stud kit. These are the same 2" long studs which we offer in our Main Stud Girdle kit, ensuring that the studs are long enough to accomodate any windage tray you are using, as well as mulitple gaskets, girdle plate, oil pans with a thick flange, etc. We also include our custom small diameter washers and nylon locking nuts, so you can be sure the nuts won't loosen up and allow any oil leaks.

Throttle Kickdown Rod Connector (with return spring hole)
This is the slotted connector that slides back and forth on the carburetor linkage stud. Chrysler made two styles of throttle kickdown rod connectors. One had a hole for the return spring, the other did not. We offer this reproduction of Chrysler #2468744, which is the one with the hole for the return spring. This is the same one which is included in our complete linkage sets.

Transmission Bellcrank Stud Assembly
This is a reproduction of the transmission bellcrank stud assembly. The transmission bellcrank lever (offered separately) pivots on a double ended stud which is screwed into a threaded hole in the bellhousing of an automatic trans. Cable Bracket Lever to Trans Bellcrank Rod - 440 (RB) Engines
This is a reproduction of the factory Chrysler cable mounting bracket lever to transmission bellcrank rod. This is the "middle" of the 3 rods, which connects the throttle kickdown lever to the transmission bellcrank lever. This lever is for RB (413/426/440) engines only. "B" Engines (361/383/400) use a different shorter lever since the deck height is lower, and this causes the intake manifold to sit lower, so this rod must be shorter for "B" engine applications. 1966-69 B-Body Big Block Engine Dipstick & Tube
Say goodbye to the made in Taiwan "generic" dipsticks that everyone else is selling. Our new high quality reproduction oil indicator and tube assembly for 1966-69 B-Body big block applications is an exact reproduction of the original Chrysler parts. These feature the original "S" shape bent tube, the mounting tab is in the correct location to bolt to the engine support braket bolts (see additional pictures for detail), and "ADD/FILL" marks are stamped on the dipstick in the EXACT location as the original. These dipsticks were designed to go to the outside of the exhaust manifold, that is the purpose of the large "S" shaped bend in them.

Say goodbye to the made in Taiwan "generic" dipsticks that everyone else is selling. Our new high quality reproduction oil indicator and tube assembly for 1970-71 B and E-Body big block applications is an exact reproduction of the original factory Chrysler parts. These feature the original mounting tab in the correct location to bolt to the engine support braket bolts, and "ADD/FILL" marks are stamped on the dipstick in the EXACT location as the original. These dipsticks were designed to go to the inside of the exhaust manifold, between the manifold and cylinder head.

Dropped Centerlink - 1973-76 A Body
It's a common issue on Mopars to have the rear of the oil pan making contact with the centerlink. This is known to be a very "tight fitting" area, and is often due to aftermarket oil pans being made deeper than stock ones, aftermarket engine mounts being thinner than OEM factory ones- which causes the engine to sit lower, past collision damage, incorrect parts, or even just plain old "sloppy" production tolerances from back when the cars were thown together on the assembly lines. And then, if you are running a windage tray, or especially a Main Girdle Plate, it drops the pan down EVEN FARTHER!! Our new dropped centerlink is just the solution! We've reproduced the factory centerlink to 100% OEM specs, except the center part which goes directly underneath the oil pan has been "dropped" by 3/4" inch, to give you a bunch of extra clearance under the oil pan. You can see the two parts compared together in the same picture. These are also usable as a service replacement item if you just need a brand new centerlink (even if you don't necessarily need the additional oil pan clearance.) As far as we are aware, these are the only 100% NEW MANUFACTURED centerlinks currently available on the market. A long awaited solution to an age old problem! These replace factory part number 3402735.

Carburetor Linkage Stud
We now carry an excellent reproduction of the original factory carburetor linkage stud. This bolts to the side of the carburetor linkage, (or our 127-1042 adapter bracket if you are using a Holley or equivalent carb) and the stud slides back and forth in the slot of the throttle kickdown rod connector. These are an exact reproduction of Chrysler part number 2806441, which was used from 1967 until early 69, but it will also work for many other years, just may not be 100% correct for a restoration. Includes special washer and hairpin cotter clips as shown.

Factory Throttle Return Spring - 1968 4BBL
We offer this reproduction of the factory Chrysler 2899327 return spring, which was originally used on 1968 Big Block Four Barrel applications. It also works well for many other applications using the factory kickdown, throttle linkage, etc. This spring features 49 coils.
