If you've got a 1967-69 A body that you drive on the street, this is THE PAN to use! Because these hold 6 quarts (plus the one in the filter for 7 total), they allow you to run a high volume oil pump, which is much more desirable for performance applications. And because they are an exactly shaped reproduction of the factory oil pan (OEM Chrysler part number 2863892) that came on original big block 1967-69 A body cars, you can be sure it will be a 100% perfect fit. AND, they dont hang any lower than a factory pan and offer optimum ground clearance for street driving. No more worrying about scraping the oil pan on those speed bumps or steep driveways. They also include all the internal oil baffles, just like the factory made them for the original Big Block A Bodies. They even include the original "893" number stamped into them.

But the best part, normally the original factory pans, and the "Made in Taiwan" reproductions on the market are usually made out of steel which is about .049" thick. We've reproduced these in our EXTRA THICK steel, which is about .083" thick, or about 70% thicker than normal. The extra thickness not only helps to keep the pan more rigid and the pan rails straight and flat, but it also helps if you should accidentally scrape the pan on that odd speed bump or driveway. Pan depth is about 4 1/2". We recommend using our 111-1007 oil pickup available on our oil pickups page. This pan is supplied in a in a very nice black electroplated finish, the same process used in modern replacement body parts. Can be installed as-is or painted if desired.

We now offer a complete reproduction of the entire 3 piece early style kickdown linkage for 1966-68 B bodies with the 440 (RB) 4 barrel, however this will work for many other similar years and body styles as well, it just won't be 100% correct for a restoration. This assembly includes everything you see in the picture, complete and ready to bolt on.

If you are intending to use this setup with a low deck "B" (383/400) engines, all the parts should be compatible except for the "middle" rod. We also offer the low deck middle separately below as part number 109-1701, so you can change out the middle rod, and use this setup with low decks also.

Our new ONE PIECE CNC Aluminum Billet Oil Pump covers are the way to go for a perfomance engine. Way back in the day, these used to be manufactured as two separate pieces which bolted together with a "green" gasket between them, to seal the oil passages. It became a fairly common occurance that the gasket would blow out, which would result in oil spraying all over the engine compartment and the road (and/or racetrack) which does not make for the most pleasant (or safe) experience. In more recent years, some manufacturers (including some blue anodized ones that we sold for a few years) re-designed the two pieces so that they used o-rings to seal instead of the gasket. This was a much needed improvement, but the cover was still made from two completely separate pieces. We now carry this much newer design where the entire cover is machined from one solid piece of 6061 aluminum. There are no joints to leak or come apart, because, well... there are no joints period! 

And, we've included all the best features with these covers. They include both a side and a rear -12AN ports, one with a plug and one with a union to connect to your external pickup. For factory K member cars with factory mounts, use the side port. For tube chassis cars, dragsters or motor plate cars, simply switch the location of the plug and union and use the rear port.

We also include our 200-1093 adjustable oil pressure regulator already installed, which allows you to dial in the oil pressure exactly where you want it, even while the engine is running! And we include our 200-1177 high pressure spring and 200-1176 Plunger, and EVEN our premium 200-1178 copper gasket to seal it all up. These parts alone sell separately for $80! 

A great value, these covers can even be used with internal pickup systems if you simply replace the -12AN Union with a second -12AN plug. Another great option you won't find anywhere else besides 440 Source! 

COMP Cams Evolution HCT (Hydraulic Cartridge Technology) is their newest patented lifter. They've taken the same modern hydraulic lifter "cartridge" that is used on many current day OEM engines, and made a "blank" roller body to hold the cartridge. Check the additional pictures to get a visual idea of how this works. The cartridge design also allows for an incredibly stiff lifter body, greatly reducing body distortion and further ensuring consistent hydraulic performance. Comp has told us that they've tested the cartidges to 11,000 rpm without any valve float, which far surpasses anything else currently on the market for the Big Block Mopar.

This self-contained hydraulic cartridge and accompanying reduced oil volume delivers the most consistent bleed rates between each lifter. The smaller volume within the hydraulic cartridge creates one of the most responsive and quietest lifters on the market. Startup noise is greatly reduced and a precision controlled bleed down rate ensure excellent performance at high RPM. The patented cartridge design also allows for an incredibly stiff lifter body, greatly reducing body distortion and further ensuring consistent hydraulic performance. This patented HCT tappet is not just a performance Original Equipment replacement. This is an all new bespoke design started from a blank canvas developed to meet the demanding performance and durability our customers desire. Also, as an industry first the hydraulic element of this patented lifter is serviceable, allowing anyone to rebuild their lifters in their own garage.
