Heavy Duty Cast Aluminum Deep Trans Pan
Our new Heavy Duty Deep Trans pans are made from super thick cast aluminum. These feature a flange that is nearly a HALF INCH thick, which helps to provide structural support to the trans case, as well as virtually eliminate any oil leaks. And the 3" depth holds an extra 2 quarts of fluid which helps with cooling as well. And the drain plug makes trans fluid changes super easy. Don't forget to also use our 200-1185 filter extention to drop the filter down to the bottom of the pan.

Torqueflight 727 - 1-1/4" filter extention kit
Make sure to drop that filter when installing a deep, extra capacity trans pan, so the trans pulls from the cooler fluid at the bottom, where it is supposed to. These basically perform the same function the oil pickup tube does in an engine oil pan. This convienient kit includes everthing pictured, the aluminum spacer, the gasket, 3 extra long bolts and 3 toothed lockwashers.

Transmission Pan Bolt Kit
When getting a new transmission pan, don't forget the bolts. We carry this package of brand new American Made zinc plated 5/16" bolts and with integrated serrated lock washers to attach a trans pan to a 727 or 904 transmission.
