High Flow Aluminum Water Pump - New New high flow aluminum water pump. We guarantee you'll find these as good OR BETTER than the name brand units, at a FRACTION of the cost! Manufactured to aircraft tolerances from 6061 alloy, these brand new pumps use a heavy duty 3/4" intregal ball bearing along with a billet steel fan hub to tolerate heavy torsional loads at high rpm's. The heavy duty cast iron impeller is CAD designed and fully CNC machined. You'll notice the impeller design looks very similar to large industrial pumps used in industry. These precision curved vanes allow this pump to achieve the highest possible flow rate (40GPM) and pressure with a minimum of cavitation. These will fit stock water pump housings, or they work great with our aluminum housing. Don't forget gaskets and attaching bolts as well (listed separately.) For proper water pump to housing clearance a MINIMUM .040" thick water pump gasket (such as our 112-1008) must be used. Due to tight tolerances necessary for high efficiency, using a thinner gasket may cause the pump impeller to contact the inner surface of the housing.

Water pump housing Aluminum - Driver's Side Lower Hose Our BRAND NEW Aluminum water pump housings are nearly identical to the "brand name" units... and they are a fraction of the price. Our water pump housings feature LARGE COOLING PORTS for maximum cooling flow. These have the alternator bosses cast into them for both early and late applications, so as long as you need the lower hose to exit on the left (drivers) side, this housing will work. These work great with our new aluminum water pumps, (see our water pumps page for details.) Don't forget attaching bolts and gaskets as well (listed separately.)

An aluminum water pump housing that exits on the passenger side instead of the drivers side. Now you can have your choice of which side you want your lower hose to exit. In the past, the only housings available with a passenger side lower hose were the extremely heavy and worn out factory cast iron units. The choice was either to use one of those, get a different radiator (costing hundreds of dollars) or run the lower hose all the way across the bottom of the radiator (a compromise of both looks and function.) These have the alternator bosses cast into them for both early and late applications. Our water pump housings feature LARGE COOLING PORTS for maximum cooling flow. Water Pump Motorhome HD 413 - New Finally, we've reproduced these impossible to find 5 bolt heavy duty water pumps! These were used on Dodge motorhome's such as Travco's and others with the heavy duty 413. Originally sold as Chrysler # 3420225, these are the ones which feature the small 5/8" pilot shaft for the pulley. Be sure to check the snout or "hub" on your old unit and make sure it looks identical to the picture, some applications may use the other version with the large hub (we carry these also, listed separately.) Completely new part, not remanufactured. Sold outright, with no core or exchange of your old water pump necessary.
Water Pump - Industrial / HD Truck 361/413 - New Finally, we've reproduced these incredibly rare 5 bolt 361/413 Industrial / Heavy Duty Truck / Motorhome water pumps.These were used on most Industrial engines in Generators, Pumps, Sirens, etc, and on Dodge's Heavy Duty truck line, and on many Motorhomes. There are two different versions of these heavy duty 5 bolt pumps. On this one, the diameter of the register that fits into the hole of the water pump pulley to locate it is a diameter of 1.116" Be sure to check the snout or "hub" on your old unit and make sure it looks identical to the picture, some applications may use the other version with the small hub (we carry these also, listed separately.) Bolt Kit - Water Pump Housing - Performance 12 Point Our Performance 12 point bolt kits are a nice looking option that features grade 8 strength, black oxide coating, and with a price that doesn't break the bank. This kit includes all the bolts you need to attach the water pump housing to the engine block. The missing bolt on the lower left side is included with our alternator bolt kits, since the type of alternator brackets being used will affect the length of this bolt. Custom matching, small diameter washers are also included with this kit.

Bolts - Water Pump to Housing (4) - w/ Billet Alum Pulleys Shown above is our NEW special bolt kit for attaching the water pump to the water pump housing when using our BILLET ALUMINUM water pump pulleys. These are a unique application, since our billet aluminum pulleys are thicker than a standard stamped steel pulley. This puts the rear of the pulley very close to the bolt heads, so the head of the bolt must be made into a certain rounded "button" shape to allow adequate clearance in this area. These bolts are just the ticket for a perfect installation. And the recessed Allen head drive looks great and makes them easy to install and remove with the engine in the car. Will also work with standard stamped steel pulleys if desired. Package includes four bolts.
-12 AN Water Pump Block Adapters These CNC machined adapters bolt onto the engine block in place of a regular cast water pump housing, and convert the water passages into a -12 AN "0-ring"fitting. This then allows you to use reguar AN style braided lines to route the cooling lines however you prefer. This can include things such as an externally mounted electric water pump, reverse flow (so that the heads are cooled first, before the cylinders,) etc. Also, if you are using a gear drive, belt drive, or thicker timing cover that does not fit under a cast water pump housing, these are a great solution for that as well. Supplied in a pair (1 left hand and 1 right hand piece.) A cool part at a great price!
