Complete Engine Gasket Kit
You can't beat our gasket kit for the price. This kit will fit all big block engines, and is supplied with composite head gaskets complete with steel reinforcement around the cylinder area. Beware of some kits that supply cheaper steel shim head gaskets which don't work with aluminum heads. This kit includes the following gaskets: Cylinder Heads (Steel Reinforced Composite) Valve Covers (Cork) Exhaust Manifolds Timing Cover Timing Cover Seal (to Damper) Water Pump Water Pump Housing Water Neck Outlet (Thermostat) Fuel Pump Misc. Rubber O-Rings Rear Main Seal (end strips not included) Oil Drain Plug (white plastic washer) Oil Pan Intake Valve Seals (Viton Positive) Exhaust Valve Seals (Nitrile Umbrella) This kit does not include the valley pan (bathtub) steel intake gasket or oil pump to block gasket. These are listed separately. Compressed thickness on these head gaskets is .051" Gaskets may differ slightly from photo in appearance, type, color etc. Sets will occasionally change what specific gaskets are included, so the information in the list above is up-to-date for the sets we currently have on the shelf. Please use the list above for accurate information, not the picture. If you are running a windage tray, don't forget an extra oil pan gasket (112-1003) will also be required.

Based on our decades of experience building engines, we highly recommend coating the surface of most gaskets with Permatex Ultra Grey RTV Silicone. We've tried practically every name brand and formulation of sealers out there on the market and nothing beats Ultra Grey. Use on oil pan/windage tray gaskets, timing cover, valve covers, water neck, water pump and housing, etc. Don't forget to throw one of these in when ordering gaskets.
