Viton Rear Seal We also offer an upgraded VITON fluoroelastomer rear seal. Viton is made by Dupont, and has much greater resistance to high temperatures than standard rubber. It also doesn't have a tendency to dry out and shrink over time while sitting, which makes it a great choice for cars which will sit for months or weeks in between being driven. Overall, Viton is considered a top of the line material to use for rear seal applications. One more way to combat those pesky rear seal leaks. These fit all big blocks, all years. Rope Seal - Graphite Impregnated For those who prefer the original factory style "rope" seals for the rear main seal, we offer these nice graphite impregnated versions. One set includes both the upper and lower half. These fit both factory original rear seal caps and our new billet aluminum rear seal caps also. A hard to find part at a very reasonable price!
Silicone Rear Seal End Strips Kit We also offer upgraded silicone rubber rear seal end strips. These are the small strips which fit down the sides of the rear seal cap and seal it to the block. These are a huge improvement over the standard style paper or cardboard strips. Silicone is considered a much better material to use for these rear seal end strip applications. One more way to combat those pesky rear seal leaks. These fit all big blocks, all years. Our 144-1001 kit includes a package of (2) end strips. Color may be orange or blue, depending on stock.
Oil Pan Gasket We carry a nice cork type oil pan gasket for those that prefer this style of gasket contruction. These fit all big blocks, all years. These are the same oil pan gaskets that are supplied in our complete kit , however when running a windage tray, two are required (one on the top, and one on the bottom of the tray.) We offer them separately so you can get the extra one needed if you are running a windage tray.
Valve Cover Gaskets (pair) Rubber with Steel Core Our premium valve cover gaskets are designed to withstand the extreme pressure and vaccuum conditions found in the crankcases of high performance engines. They feature a steel core covered in molded nitrile rubber. This helps these re-usable gaskets to keep their shape and works to prevent leaks time after time of use. Includes package of (2) gaskets.

Copper Header Gasket - .064 Thick - Set of 2 We offer these solid copper exhaust gaskets. Copper works great for exhaust gaskets, as it's extremely heat resistant and the soft nature of copper conforms to any warping or irregularities of your headers or manifolds. We use .064" thick copper, which is thicker than other brands on the market. Sold in a pair (set of 2.) MADE IN USA!
Stealth Cylinder Head Gasket (Qty 1) - Black Our new "Stealth" cylinder head gaskets are a perfect match for our Stealth cylinder heads. They come teflon coated, which allows for a perfect seal on engines which have dissimilar metals, such as an iron engine block with aluminum heads. Because aluminum expands at a rate much greater than iron, these two surfaces move against each other as the engine heats up and cools down. The teflon allows for this movement, making sure there will not be any coolant or combustion leaks, even during extended street driving. We've fully tested these at up to 12:1 compression. These fit all big blocks, all years. They are sold individually (one single gasket,) so be sure to order two if you need a set. Compressed thickness on these head gaskets is .051" The Teflon coating is designed to be installed dry, so no chemicals or sealers are necessary for installation. Just clean your deck surfaces (we recommend using laquer thinner for this), bolt 'em on and go. Although these are designed for our aluminum Stealth heads, they also work great with other brands of aluminum heads such as Edelbrock, Trick Flow, ProMaxx, etc and you can even use them on factory iron heads also.
Intake Valley Pan Gasket - RB - New We offer brand new steel bathtub intake gaskets. These fit "RB" (413/426W/440) engines. We recommend using these with our 112-1005 intake "facing" gaskets.
Intake Facing gaskets - Set of 4 Shown here is our intake manifold "facing" gaskets. Made from .015" thick gasket facing material, these are sold in a set of 4, and are designed to work with the factory replacement type valley pans listed on our gaskets section. We recommend using one gasket on either side of the port area of the valley pan to aid in sealing, and to allow for the expansion and contraction of aluminum intake manifolds. These interchange with Fel-Pro # 1216. These can also be used as standard intake gaskets with aftermarket style valley pans if the .015" material is preferred.
Intake Manifold Gaskets - .062 Thick - Set of 2 Shown here is our .062" intake manifold gaskets. Made from .062" thick, somewhat rigid compressed fiber gasket material, these are sold in a set of 2. They are designed to work with our aftermarket sheet metal type valley pans
Carb Base Gasket We now carry carburetor base gaskets. These are for Holley 4150 carbs. Don't get stuck putting that new stroker motor together and realize you remembered to order everything except the carb gasket. Make sure these details are taken care of, and it'll be one less thing to hold up your build. We also carry other carburetor essentials such as fuel lines, return spring kits, carb stud kits, etc.
Freeze Plug Kit - Brass Brass Freeze Plug kit. Includes block plugs, oil galley pipe plugs and cam plug. A nice upgrade from the standard steel kits, brass has much better resistance to corrosion.

Permatex Silicone Ultra Grey 3.5 oz. Based on our decades of experience building engines, we highly recommend coating the surface of most gaskets with Permatex Ultra Grey RTV Silicone. We've tried practically every name brand and formulation of sealers out there on the market and nothing beats Ultra Grey. Use on oil pan/windage tray gaskets, timing cover, valve covers, water neck, water pump and housing, etc. Don't forget to throw one of these in when ordering gaskets.
Oil Pump Gasket We now offer replacement oil pump gaskets. For some strange reason, these are not offered separately or included in ANY gasket sets from any of the major gasket suppliers such as Fel-pro, Victor, Rol, etc, and they are nearly impossible to find. Many of the gasket companies list "Oil Pump Gasket" in their catalogs, but under the description, the part is listed as an "o-ring", so it is actually the standard rubber o-ring which fits around the drive area of the pump, not the gasket. So, we've sourced these hard to find gaskets and now offer them for sale separately. Another "pain in the butt" big block Mopar problem made simple and inexpensive by 440 Source!
Water Pump Gasket - HD 5 bolt pumps We now reproduce the gasket necessary to mount our heavy duty 361/413 water pumps which use FIVE attaching bolts, part numbers 105-1011 and 105-1012. Previously sold by Fel Pro as part number 13116 but long discontinued. Color may vary, depending on stock available.
Timing Cover Seal We now offer replacement timing cover seals. These are the same seals included in our complete gasket kit. We now offer them separately for convenience when doing timing cover swaps, etc.

NOS FACTORY MOPAR Rear Seal 4227926 We bought the last of these NOS FACTORY OEM Chrysler rear seals. Since Chrysler no longer makes this stuff anymore, once they are gone, they are gone forever. These have factory Chrysler part number 4227926 molded into them, so you know they are genuine. Not like the aftermarket made overseas junk available everywhere else. They are just the ticket to repair those pesky rear seal leaks on all big block Mopar (361 383 400 413 426 and 440) engines. Sold as a pair (two halves which will equal one complete seal.)
Oil Pump O-ring for M63HV or M63HP This is the replacement o-ring which fits around the shaft of the oil pump which slides up into the block. Great for replacing missing, damaged or dried out/cracked originals.
Drain Cock for side of engine block These drain cocks are designed to be permanently installed into the side of the engine block between the front and the middle freeze plug. They act as an open/close valve, and allow you to drain the coolant neatly and cleanly and make sure the blocks water jackets are fully drained if necessary. Another one of those super hard to find items that you really need for every quality build. Use two per engine, one on each side.
