Oil Pan - 6 quart - 66-72B Body / 70-74E Body - EXTRA THICK
If you've got a 1966-1972 B body or 1970-1974 E body that you drive on the street, this is THE PAN to use! Because these hold 6 quarts (plus the one in the filter for 7 total), they allow you to run a high volume oil pump, which is much more desirable for performance applications. And because they are an exactly shaped reproduction of the factory 1970-71 E body Hemi pan (Chrysler part number 2951564) they dont hang any lower than a factory pan and offer optimum ground clearance for street driving. No more worrying about scraping the oil pan on those speed bumps or steep driveways. They also include all the internal oil baffles, just like the factory made them for the 426 Hemi. Factory Chrysler Oil pans, and the "made in Taiwan" reproductions on the market are usually made out of steel which is about .049" thick. We've reproduced these in our EXTRA THICK steel, which is about .083" thick, or about 70% thicker than normal. The extra thickness not only helps to keep the pan more rigid and the pan rails straight and flat, but it also helps if you should accidentally scrape the pan on that odd speed bump or driveway. Pan depth is exactly 5". We recommend using our 111-1007 oil pickup if your block has standard 3/8" NPT threads, or our 111-1013 if your block has 1/2" NPT threads. 1/2" NPT threads are usually only found on original 426 Hemi blocks, or if someone has enlarged (drilled and tapped) the 3/8" threads out to 1/2" on a 383/400/440 Wedge block. Oil Pan - 6 quart - A or C body with tie rod relief - EXTRA THICK
These are an exact reproduction of the 1966-69 (early style) 426 Hemi B Body pan, Chrysler part number 2780547. Factory Chrysler Oil pans, and the "made in Taiwan" reproductions on the market are usually made out of steel which is about .049" thick. We've reproduced these in our EXTRA THICK steel, which is about .083" thick, or about 70% thicker than normal. The extra thickness not only helps to keep the pan more rigid and the pan rails straight and flat, but it also helps if you accidentally scrape the pan on that odd speed bump or driveway. These pans feature the large "tie rod" dimple which also makes them a great pan to use when doing engine swaps and putting a big block into an "A" body or "C" body application. These are similar to the hard to find "187" or "699" factory pans, however the sump has been made deeper at about 5 3/4" inches, for a larger 6 quart oil capacity, and baffles have been added to the interior to help with oil control. With the half century old 187 and 699 pans getting very hard to find, and the ones that are out there looking extremely beat up, these are also a great answer for those big block engine swaps. We recommend using our 101-1009 oil pickup if your block has standard 3/8" NPT threads, or our 111-1014 if your block has 1/2" NPT threads. 1/2" NPT threads are usually only found on original 426 Hemi blocks, or if someone has enlarged (drilled and tapped) the 3/8" threads out to 1/2" on a 383/400/440 Wedge block. Oil Pan - 971 Stamping - 73 & Later B Body - EXTRA THICK
We have finally reproduced the long sought after "971" pan! Originally sold as Chrysler part number 3614970, this is the ONLY pan which will work in 1973 and later B bodies. Mopar Performance did sell these as a reproduction item for many years under part number P5249063, although they are now long discontinued. They were also sold by Moroso as part number 20765, also now discontinued. Moroso also made them into an aftermarket deep sump version as well. These also fit Mid (1966-72) and Early (1962-65) B bodies as well. Due to the how far back the front of the sump is, this pan allows for more K member clearance than any other pan, also making them a great choice for F/J/M swaps. Schumacher Creative Services uses and recommends this pan for many of their swaps as well. These are about 5" deep and hold 4 quarts of oil, plus one in the filter, for 5 quarts total. They also include all the internal oil baffles, just like the factory made them for HP engines. The original factory 971 pans made by Chrysler were usually made out of steel which was about .049" thick. These include an integral "pass through" tube for the centerlink, and fit 66-74 B bodies and 70-74 E bodies. For most performance applications, we would recommend using our 6 quart Hemi pan instead. The hemi pan fits the chassis the same, but also offers the extra capacity of 2 additional quarts of oil. However if you are looking for the correct "402" stamping for a restoration or just want to keep what was orignally there from the factory, then these are a good choice.

Oil Pan - 4 Quart - 1958-64 Early Style - New Reproduction
We now offer a new reproduction of the "early style" pan used on C bodies starting in 1958 until 1964. These were originally Chrysler part number 1737768, 1944694 and 2268459, and possibly other numbers as well. When the big block first came out in 350, 361, 383 and 413 cubic inch versions in Plymouth Furys, Belvederes, and the big Chryslers, these were the pans that were used. Oil Pan Gasket
We carry a nice cork type oil pan gasket for those that prefer this style of gasket contruction. These fit all big blocks, all years. These are the same oil pan gaskets that are supplied in our complete kit , however when running a windage tray, two are required (one on the top, and one on the bottom of the tray.) We offer them separately so you can get the extra one needed if you are running a windage tray.

Bolts - Oil Pan - New
When getting a new oil pan, don't forget the bolts. We carry this package of 20 brand new zinc plated 5/16" bolts which feature an oversized flange to spread the load out to the oil pan rail and make sure the gasket is held firmly and evenly. The flange is also serrated to ensure the bolts lock in place and won't "back off" due to vibration. These work to attach any oil pan to any engine, and are also compatible with windage trays.

1/4 Main Girdle Setup
Our 100% USA MADE girdle setups are just the ticket to add the ultimate in strength to the bottom end of your high horsepower big block Mopar. Absolutely recommended for builds over 600 horsepower. During engine operation, the power and twisting force of the engine can cause the main studs and caps to distort under load. Normally, the block is doing the best it can to hold all these forces together, however stock blocks were originally designed in the 1950's for engines making 300-400 horsepower, topps. Today's stroker engines with long armed cranks can make 600-800 horsepower without much trouble at all. All those increased crank strokes act like a longer prybar during operation, greatly increasing the available leverage, which in turn multiplies the internal loads the engine has to deal with by several times. Under these heavier loads, the main studs can act a little like a "flagpole or antenna in the wind." With nothing to hold them steady, they can sway back and forth and side to side, causing the main caps to move or distort under stress, or even "jump" slightly off the block (known as capwalk.) All this can lead to possible main cap and/or bearing damage or failure. In a worst case scenario, this flexing can even lead to the block cracking down the center. These girdles act similar to the way in which the guide wires on a flagpole or antenna would work. They anchor the outer or lower end of the main studs, and keep them in place under serious loads. They also help to generally tie together and strengthen the bottom end. By directly connecting the block's deep oil pan "skirt" to the blocks main cap & stud assembly, (which, in turn, is connected directly to the center of the block or the "core" of the engine) they help all components of the engine's bottom end to be linked together into one solid, interconnected assembly. This is a HUGE improvement over the factory's arrangement, where all the components of the bottom end (main caps & studs, oil pan rails, etc are all separate non connected components which protrude from center core of the engine block. We make these from super strong 1/4" solid steel plate, (not 3/16" aluminum like some of the others we've found on the market.) We've found 1/4" to be thick enough to do a great job, but not so thick that it causes interference hassles with the oil pan to k-member clearance, etc. This setup includes all the hardware needed to install, including oil pan studs and bolts, assorted thicknesses of custom shim packs, main studs, nuts, hardened washers, etc. All the main studs, nuts and washers are custom made 190,000 PSI pieces sourced directly from ARP, so you know the quality is top notch. The girdle is clamped and held in place with double nuts (both on TOP and underneath, so there is no distortion or movement.) If your block has already been machined with studs, those studs can be replaced with the studs included with our girdle without a problem. If your block currently has bolts, it will need to be re-line honed because replacing bolts with studs will cause the main housing bores to distort slightly. Detailed installation instructions are included with this kit. It technically "can" be installed with the engine still in the car, but sure is a heck of a lot easier to do it with the engine flipped over on a stand. A great value and some of the best insurance you can buy! While our girdle setup does work great with factory main caps, if you want the absolute ultimate in strength, (short of an aftermarket block) use this with our aftermarket billet main caps!

Magnetic Drain Plug
We also have brand new replacement oil pan drain plugs with a magnet fixed inside them to catch any stray metal bits before they make their way back into the oil pump and through the motor. Dropped Centerlink - 1962-70 B Body
It's a common issue on Mopars to have the rear of the oil pan making contact with the centerlink. These replace factory part number 2535877, which is very similar to the 1962-70 B Body centerlink (factory part number 1858015 or our dropped version, 200-1175) , except one side of the link "kicks out" because they changed the angle of the steering box slightly on the K-member. If you click on the additional pictures, you can see our scans of the two bars, and easily what the difference is. In the first picture, you can see both bars laid next to each other. The grey bar is the early one (200-1175), and the blue bar is the later one (200-1188.) In the second picture, both scans are laid "on top" of each other, so you can see the exact difference of how one side "kicks out" farther.
