Power Steering Dipstick - Fully CNC Machined - For Saginaw
We've taken the factory plastic Saginaw power steering pump cap, and made it with a CNC machine out of a block of solid aluminum. A super trick modern piece that is also a throwback to the original. We also include the spring, rubber gasket and dipstick, complete with hot and cold fill level marks. Becasue these are precision machined, they also fit and seal better than the plastic originals. Intermediate Shaft Bushing - High Performance CNC Machined
We now offer our new HIGH PERFORMANCE intermediate shaft bushings. Unlike the standard bushings everyone else is selling which are made from powdered metal, these are FULLY CNC MACHINED from a solid piece of brass. We helically machine the top of these to funnel the oil to the oil pump shaft reducing oblong wear, expecially at HIGHER RPM's which helps to greatly increase the amount of oil available to the gear. We also machine extra oil slots inside the bore area, and these are large enough for oil to easily enter which helps them to also act as a reservoir. These improvements are all visible in the picture. An important note, these are for COUNTERCLOCKWISE rotation only, so they CAN NOT be used in small blocks or reverse rotation boat engines. There is no specific rotation or "clocking" needed when installing. A great improvement which helps with longevity, especially if you are running a billet roller cam and/or a high volume oil pump, both of which put extra stress on the gears. Don't forget to order our 200-1205 Installer/Reamer tool (available on our tools and supplies page) if you are installing one of these yourself.

Oil Pan Stud Kit - With Locknuts
We offer this oil pan stud kit. These are the same 2" long studs which we offer in our Main Stud Girdle kit, ensuring that the studs are long enough to accomodate any windage tray you are using, as well as mulitple gaskets, girdle plate, oil pans with a thick flange, etc. We also include our custom small diameter washers and nylon locking nuts, so you can be sure the nuts won't loosen up and allow any oil leaks.

Throttle Kickdown Rod Connector (with return spring hole)
This is the slotted connector that slides back and forth on the carburetor linkage stud. Chrysler made two styles of throttle kickdown rod connectors. One had a hole for the return spring, the other did not. We offer this reproduction of Chrysler #2468744, which is the one with the hole for the return spring. This is the same one which is included in our complete linkage sets.

Factory Throttle Cable Bracket - RB Only
This is a reproduction of the factory Chrysler part number 2780876 throttle control mounting bracket (also sometimes called the Throttle cable bracket.) This bolts on using one of the intake manifold bolts and holds the throttle cable in place. It also provides the pivot axle for the throttle kickdown lever. This works for RB engines only, B engines use a slightly different bracket. This is the same bracket we supply in our complete RB engine kickdown kits. This includes the cable hold down tab and Koni Keps nut with secured washer, exactly as shown in the picture.

Throttle Kickdown Lever
This is the upper lever that pivots off the throttle cable bracket axle and connects the "upper" rod to the "middle rod." Reproduction of Chrysler part number 2465413. Transmission Bellcrank Stud Assembly
This is a reproduction of the transmission bellcrank stud assembly. The transmission bellcrank lever (offered separately) pivots on a double ended stud which is screwed into a threaded hole in the bellhousing of an automatic trans. We include a reproduction of the original stud (Chrysler part number 2658286), the correct flat washer (Chrysler part number 120394) and the hairpin clip (Chrysler part number 6025071.)

Cable Bracket Lever to Trans Bellcrank Rod - 440 (RB) Engines
This is a reproduction of the factory Chrysler cable mounting bracket lever to transmission bellcrank rod. This is the "middle" of the 3 rods, which connects the throttle kickdown lever to the transmission bellcrank lever. This lever is for RB (413/426/440) engines only. "B" Engines (361/383/400) use a different shorter lever since the deck height is lower, and this causes the intake manifold to sit lower, so this rod must be shorter for "B" engine applications. Reproduction of Chrysler part number 2843793. Supplied as shown in the picture, with lower clevis clip, and upper adjuster with Mopar 2121571 ball clip already installed.

Billet Aluminum 19GPM Oil Pump
Our new billet aluminum oil pump is the same design used in the Hemi Pro Stock and Top Fuel engines. The rotors in this pump are not only made taller (like a regular high volume style pump) but they are also increased in diameter, making them as large as you can possibly fit under the pump cover. This results in a pump which will EASILY flow over 19 gallons per minute of oil, which is an amazing amount of oil. And because of the newer, more rounded design of the rotors, they are able to pump this amount of oil while using up less horsepower than the standard style pumps. AND - less horsepower driving the rotors also has the added benefit of being easier on the drive gear, meaning your bronze distributor gear (if you are using a bronze one) will have a much extended life on the street. While a regular "high volume" pump gives you about a 25% increase in volume, at over 19 gallons per minute, these could be considered a "SUPER high volume pump. These larger rotors also require a larger diameter o-ring, which is included with the pump. Overall, for the best looking, highest quality, best performing oil pump, these just cannot be beat. Great for the track as well as for street use. These can be used with standard cast iron type covers, or use our 200-1180 Aluminum cover to make a fully billet aluminum pump.

Heavy Duty Cast Aluminum Deep Trans Pan
Our new Heavy Duty Deep Trans pans are made from super thick cast aluminum. These feature a flange that is nearly a HALF INCH thick, which helps to provide structural support to the trans case, as well as virtually eliminate any oil leaks. The pan rail is fully CNC machined to be laser straight for no gasket leaks. And the 3" depth holds an extra 2 quarts of fluid which helps with cooling as well. And the drain plug makes trans fluid changes super easy. Don't forget to also use our 200-1185 filter extention to drop the filter down to the bottom of the pan.

Dropped Centerlink - 1970-74 E Body / 1971-72 B Body

It's a common issue on Mopars to have the rear of the oil pan making contact with the centerlink. This is known to be a very "tight fitting" area, and is often due to aftermarket oil pans being made deeper than stock ones, aftermarket engine mounts being thinner than OEM factory ones- which causes the engine to sit lower, past collision damage, incorrect parts, or even just plain old "sloppy" production tolerances from back when the cars were thown together on the assembly lines. And then, if you are running a windage tray, or especially a Main Girdle Plate, it drops the pan down EVEN FARTHER!! Our new dropped centerlink is just the solution! We've reproduced the factory centerlink to 100% OEM specs, except the center part which goes directly underneath the oil pan has been "dropped" by 3/4" inch, to give you a bunch of extra clearance under the oil pan. Click on the extra picture to see the two parts compared together in the same picture. These are also usable as a service replacement item if you just need a brand new centerlink (even if you don't necessarily need the additional oil pan clearance.) As far as we are aware, these are the only 100% NEW MANUFACTURED centerlinks currently available on the market. A long awaited solution to an age old problem!

These replace factory part number 2535877, which is very similar to the 1962-70 B Body centerlink (factory part number 1858015 or our dropped version, 200-1175) , except one side of the link "kicks out" because they changed the angle of the steering box slightly on the K-member. If you click on the additional pictures, you can see our scans of the two bars, and easily what the difference is. In the first picture, you can see both bars laid next to each other. The grey bar is the early one (200-1175), and the blue bar is the later one (200-1188.) In the second picture, both scans are laid "on top" of each other, so you can see the exact difference of how one side "kicks out" farther.

9/16" Solid Steel Tie Rod Adjusting Sleeves Mopar
Basically eliminate all deflection with these super thick tie rod adjusting sleeves, machined from a solid block of steel with over 1/4" thick wall thickness, and overall diameter of 1.100"! One part number includes two sleeves and four locknuts, enough to do one car. These fit 1962-78 B bodies, 1970-74 E bodies and 1964-76 A bodies. A HUGE improvement over the factory "split" type, which is basically a piece of rolled sheetmetal clamped around the tie rod ends.

Torqueflight 727 - 1-1/4" filter extention kit - Gasket Type
Make sure to drop that filter when installing a deep, extra capacity trans pan, so the trans pulls from the cooler fluid at the bottom, where it is supposed to. These basically perform the same function the oil pickup tube does in an engine oil pan. This convienient kit includes everthing pictured, the aluminum spacer, the gasket, 3 extra long bolts and 3 toothed lockwashers. This extention drops the filter about 1-1/4".

MELONIZED Pinned HD Intermediate Shaft - 4340 STEEL
Melonizing, (which is a trade name for Salt Bath Nitriding,) is a process where a nitrocarburized layer is formed consisting of the outer compound layer (iron nitride) and the diffusion layer thereunder. This compound layer consists of a blend of iron, nitrogen, carbon and oxygen. Due to its microstructure, the compound layer does not possess metallic properties. It is particularly resistant to wear, seizure and corrosion, as well as being stable almost to the temperature at which it was formed. Compared with plasma or gas nitro-carburizing, compound layers with the highest nitrogen content can be obtained by Melonizing. Layers with a high nitrogen content give better protection against wear, and in particular corrosion, than those with a low content. In plain English, this means the heat treated gear is especially hard and resistant to wear, making them the longest life option available for use with both billet roller cams and steel flat tappet cams. If you are replacing the gear on a cam which has already been run with a steel or bronze gear, you must make sure to THOUROUGHLY clean all residue off the cam gear, otherwise it will act like lapping compound and wear into the gear. To avoid any possibility of this, it's best to use these with a brand new cam. In addition to the Melonizing, these feature all the same heavy duty features as our standard pinned shafts, including a heavy duty steel gear which is pinned to the shaft, as well as a radiused taper for extra strength where the shaft transitions into a hex drive for the oil pump. We also use 4340 non twist steel for the shaft itself, (the same material as our 1000 horsepower cabable crankshafts are made from.) These work great with our high volume and high pressure oil pumps. Don't forget a new bushing as well, (also offered.)

Kickdown Linkage - 1966-68 B Body 440 - 4BBL - 3 Pc. Early Style

We now offer a complete reproduction of the entire 3 piece early style kickdown linkage for 1966-68 B bodies with the 440 (RB) 4 barrel, however this will work for many other similar years and body styles as well, it just won't be 100% correct for a restoration. This assembly includes everything you see in the picture, complete and ready to bolt on.

If you are intending to use this setup with a low deck "B" (383/400) engines, all the parts should be compatible except for the "middle" rod. We also offer the low deck middle separately below as part number 109-1701, so you can change out the middle rod, and use this setup with low decks also.

Stainless Steel Shim Head Gasket- Package of 1
When you are trying to keep your compression as high as possible, there is no substitute for a steel shim head gasket. These measure .017" (seventeen thousandths) thick, which is the identical thickness to the original factory Chrysler ones that we've all used since the beginning of time. Unfortunately, the factory Chrysler ones are long discontinued. And the current aftermarket ones, in order to save on cost, are made from a cheap tin plated regular steel material. This leads to the number one killer of steel shim head gaskets: Corrosion around the cooling ports. Especially on cars which tend to sit for a long period of time without much use. So, to fix this issue, we've made our own steel shim gasket out of genuine STAINLESS STEEL to virtually eliminate all corrosion issues. And, not only is the material of much better quality than all the other options out there, but we've brought them to market at an even lower price than the competition! Another great option available only from 440 Source! These are supplied one per package, so order a quantity of 2 for one complete engine.

Throttle Kickdown Lever for Holley Double Pumper
To help complete your throttle/kickdown linkage setup, we now offer this special bracket for using Holley carbs with factory Chrysler type throttle cables and 3 piece kickdown rod setups. This bolts to the carb, and holds the 109-1704 (#441) carb linkage stud, which actuates the slotted kickdown rod connector included in the kickdown linkage. A necessary part if you are running a Holley carb with a 727 kickdown linkage. Includes attaching hardware as shown.
