We carry many different models of billet aluminum pulleys. Machined from a solid chunk (billet) of 6061 aluminum, these pulleys are the ultimate in precision and good looks.
We offer them individually, or in matched sets depending on your preference. The single groove, (or single belt) sets are for non power steering setups, and the double groove, (or double belt) sets are for setups with power steering. We offer sets in both factory style single and double groove "V-belt" setups, and also single and double groove in the newer "serpentine" styles. None of these pulleys work with factory style air conditioning setups.
Shown here is our billet aluminum underdrive crank pulley. With a diameter of 5.25", it's slightly smaller diameter than a factory crank pulley, which helps to keep from frying your water pump and alternator bearings at high RPM's, as well as freeing up some additional horsepower. In some cases, depending on the thickness of the mounting flange of the specific water pump you are using, our 127-1003 water pump pulley spacer may be necessary to give the tiny extra amount of clearance which may be required.

Use this pulley together with our 200-1109 double groove serpentine crank pulley, our 200-1110 serpentine water pump pulley, and our 200-1111 serpentine alternator pulley for a matched set. For belts, use our 138-1019 serpentine belt for the alternator and water pump drive, and our 138-1020 serpentine belt for the power steering drive. Makes for a great looking combo with the added benefit of the incredibly stable serpentine belt drive setup.
Shown above is our NEW special bolt kit for attaching our BILLET ALUMINUM lower (crankshaft) pulleys to the damper. These are a unique application, since our billet aluminum pulleys are thicker than a standard stamped steel pulley, so the bolt must be made longer to ensure it will have full thread engagement into the damper. These slightly longer bolts ensure the pulley will be attached perfectly. And the recessed Allen head drive looks great and makes them easy to install and remove with the engine in the car. Package includes six bolts.
Shown above is our NEW special bolt kit for attaching the water pump to the water pump housing when using our BILLET ALUMINUM water pump pulleys. These are a unique application, since our billet aluminum pulleys are thicker than a standard stamped steel pulley. This puts the rear of the pulley very close to the bolt heads, so the head of the bolt must be made into a certain rounded "button" shape to allow adequate clearance in this area. These bolts are just the ticket for a perfect installation. And the recessed Allen head drive looks great and makes them easy to install and remove with the engine in the car. Will also work with standard stamped steel pulleys if desired. Package includes four bolts.
Water pump pulley spacer. These are .055" thick. Fits between water pump and water pump pulley as needed for clearance. Multiple shims can also be stacked together to change belt alignment for custom pulley/bracket setups.
We've also sourced the serpentine belt which works perfectly with our billet aluminum serpentine pulleys. These quality belts are made in the USA by Gates.
This Serpentine belt fits around the crank, water pump and alternator on all non-air conditioning big block cars. It works with the triangular alternator brackets, bolt and spacer kits listed separately on our website, and our 200-1110 billet serpentine water pump pulley, and our billet serpentine crank pulleys. It is used on cars with AND without power steering.
We've also sourced the serpentine belt which works perfectly with our billet aluminum serpentine pulleys. These quality belts are made in the USA by Gates. This Serpentine belt drives the power steering pump. It works with our power steering brackets listed separately on our website, and our 200-1109 billet serpentine double groove crank pulley, and our 200-1117 billet serpentine power steering pulley.
