Our ARP black oxide valve cover stud kit works great with either stock, stamped steel (chrome, etc) valve covers, or any valve covers with 1/4" or thinner rail. Using studs for the valve covers allows the gasket to be properly positioned while the valve cover is guided into position. Bullet nosed studs allow for easy installation of covers and easy threading of nuts. Special reduced flange diameter 12 point nuts help to give the most possible clearance in tight fit situations. Includes 12 studs, nuts and washers. Finished in black oxide for good looks and corrosion resistance.
