Engine Mount Assembly - 1965 C Body - For Blocks w/o Bosses

For 1965 C bodies, the engine brackets are a one year only design. Originally from the factory, these brackets required a special engine block which has specific bosses cast into the front of the block. Previously, if you were wanting to use a different block or an engine which did not have these special bosses, you were out of luck. We now have these special "conversion" brackets, which allow you to use any year block. They require you to drill and tap the two smaller bosses on the lower front of the engine near the oil pump with 3/8-16 x 1" long bolts. All engines have these bosses, so any block can be used. This part number is for the complete kit, which includes the engine mounting brackets, left and right hand rubber engine mounts, and the bolts which hold the brackets to the engine block.
