These can also be used to allow you the flexibility to run mixed ratios, such as 1.6 on the intake and 1.5 on the exhaust (or vice versa.) This is the left hand rocker, which means as you are looking at the two rockers of a specific cylinder, this rocker would be on the left side, which means the pushrod on this rocker would be offset to the RIGHT.
