Shown here is our valve cover/breather grommet. These act as a gasket between the breather and the valve cover, and reduce the diameter from 1 1/4" to 1" which allows the breather (or other accessories requiring a 1" hole) to fit perfectly in the valve cover. Quantity 1 per package.
