Our brand new aftermarket aluminum
roller rockers are an unbelievable value! Made out of aircraft quality
certified 2024 aluminum alloy, these arms are formed using a hydraulic extrusion
process under 1500 tons of pressure, giving these arms an incredible 60,000
PSI tensile strength! They are fully CNC machined, and finally anodized for
additional durability and corrosion protection. These sets come complete with 16
arms, 2 shafts, 16 adjusters and 16 locknuts, and are available in 1.5 and 1.6
ratios.
Our rockers use
extra heavy duty NSK licensed large fulcrum needle bearings between the arm and the
shaft (shown in the "view additional images" button) so friction is reduced
(and therefore additional horsepower is gained) between the arm and the shaft,
as well as between the valve and the the roller tip. These bearings are rated up
to valve spring loads of 600 pounds open pressure (which includes most cams in
the .500-.600" lift range.) Be careful not to confuse these with some other
rockers on the market which offer a much cheaper and easier to manufacture
design of a solid aluminum rocker which offers the roller tip, but runs the
aluminum of the rocker body directly against the shaft, a setup which produces
much more friction and wears the arms out extremely quickly. Since these feature
the roller bearing, and a super hard roller tip hardened to 60 on the Rockwell C
scale, these will work just as well on a high mileage street car as they do on a
drag only setup. They also feature pressurized oiling of the pushrod ball/cup
area, and a generous valve spring clearance relief in the underside of the body
(shown in the "view additional images" button)
When purchasing these rocker arms, we strongly recommend using our .650"
spacers listed separately (part #113-1018) to locate the arms on the shafts, and our shim
package (part #105-1018) to center each arm exactly over each valve
tip, and set the endplay, which should be about .015"-.030". For
shaft holddowns, we recommend using our aftermarket billet aluminum holddowns
listed separately (part #200-1032.) These are what is shown in the above
pictures. Please note again they ARE NOT INCLUDED automatically with these sets.

Our billet aluminum rocker holddown sets are fully machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum, blue anodized for good looks, and include 12 point Grade 8 hardware (bolts and washers.) These work great with our aluminum roller rocker sets or most any aftermarket type roller rockers. Compare to Mopar Performance P5249714.
As a compliment to our aluminum roller rocker sets, we recommend these .650 wide spacers which fit between each pair of intake and exhaust rockers and keep the rockers located where they are supposed to be on the shafts.
With any performance type aftermarket roller rockers, it is necessary to "set up" the valvetrain. Because of different cylinder heads/tolerances/past machine work, etc, the exact positioning of the valves can vary slightly. A large part of setting up a performance valvetrain involves using shims to position the rocker arms at the correct point on the shaft so that the roller tip is exactly centered or aligned over the valve stem tip. We offer these packages of special .015" thick rocker shaft shims for this purpose. They are supplied in packages of approx. 36 per package. We have found some engines to use only one package, but many engines will require two packages, depending on how much "free space" the washers must fill and how tight you wish to adjust the rockers (we recommend .015"-.030" of play.) Use these in conjunction with the correct spacers and shaft holddowns to position the rockers where they need to be. We recommend using these with all of our aftermarket roller rockers, as well as rockers from other aftermarket companies. Not needed with stock stamped type rockers.
BRAND NEW heavy duty stock replacement rocker arm and shaft assembly for one head. Use two per engine. Includes one shaft, 4 left hand rockers and 4 right hand rockers. These are a quality MADE IN USA part.
We now carry the hard to find factory rocker spacers for stamped steel type original rocker arms, such as our 105-1013. These are machined from high strength steel. Supplied in a package of 8, which is enough to do one complete engine.
Comp Cams has taken great pains to develop what they feel to be the best line of lubricants available to protect your engine before startup and during break-in. Used by professional engine builders throughout the country, their valve train assembly spray sprays on as a thin penetrant, then tacks up as it dries which allows it to get into small areas (such as between the rollers of needle bearings.) Then once it tacks up it sticks to the surface, making sure your valve train has full lubrication upon startup, preventing any galling or scuffing upon first contact. One 6oz aerosol can is enough to do one engine. CAN BE SHIPPED BY REGULAR GROUND ONLY TO U.S. ADDRESSES ONLY.
We offer this 12 point performance bolt upgrade kit for using TRICK FLOW heads with our 200-1032 Billet Aluminum Rocker Holddown kit. Normally rocker hold downs will use 6 short bolts and 4 long ones, however Trick Flow heads were re-designed to use all 10 short bolts. So, we have sourced the additional four 12 point bolts required, and we offer them as a separate kit which can be purchased to use our 200-1032 rocker holddowns with Trick Flow heads. Includes 4 bolts, use one package per engine. Washers are not included, they are supplied with the 200-1032.
We also offer our rocker arms as individual pieces for service replacement purposes. These include replacement adjusters and locknuts. These can also be used to allow you the flexibility to run mixed ratios, such as 1.6 on the intake and 1.5 on the exhaust (or vice versa.) This is the left hand rocker, which means as you are looking at the two rockers of a specific cylinder, this rocker would be on the left side, which means the pushrod on this rocker would be offset to the RIGHT. See picture for example.

We also offer our .650" offset rockers as individual pieces for service replacement purposes. These include replacement adjusters and locknuts. These can be ordered individually to convert a standard set of rockers to .650" offset intakes. Super heavy duty .165" wall thickness rocker shafts that are INCLUDED with (and developed specifically for) our roller rocker arms. Thinwall, light duty rocker shafts supplied with "the competitions" roller rocker sets are shown on the left for comparison. In addition to the much heavier wall thickness, our HD shafts are made from solid 4340 steel. This helps the shafts to maintain perfect roundness under extreme loads, and allows the holddowns to be tightened to the proper torque without distorting or "ovaling," which is a common problem with the thinner shafts. We sell these heavy duty shafts separately as a service replacement part for our roller rockers. Diameter is the same as a standard factory shaft, however due to the position of the oiling holes, these WILL NOT work with factory stamped rocker arms. One package includes TWO shafts.

These are the small freeze plugs that press into the ends of the rocker shafts. These are often overlooked, but we strongly recommend that during teardown or inspection, you remove the old plugs and thoroughly clean the inside of the shafts with a bottle brush before installing new plugs. Sold in a package of 4. Use one package per engine. Cheap insurance. Works with stock (factory type) shafts only. Will not work with aftermarket (thick wall) shafts.
These are the 12 point rocker adjuster jam nuts supplied in our roller rocker kits. Offered as a convienance for lost originals, service replacement purposes, etc. Sold 1 per package. Use 16 for a complete engine set.
These are the rocker adjusting screws supplied in our roller rocker kits. Offered as a convienance for lost originals, service replacement purposes, etc. Sold 1 per package. Use 16 for a complete engine set. These are 7/16-20 (fine) thread, and have a 5/16" ball size.
