Raised Dual Plane Intake Manifold - POLISHED - B Engines
Our new "raised dual plane" intake manifold now available in a great looking highly polished version. This manifold is a cross between a single plain and a dual plane intake. It's very similar to the Edelbrock Performer RPM. While it is technically a dual plane (which is needed in order to keep the low end response and driveability required in a street driven car,) the carb height is also raised quite a bit, and the runners are straightened out and enlarged as much as possible. The result is a great "hybrid" manifold for those who still want neck-snapping response without giving up too much top end. On stock displacement engines, this manifold is rated as 1500-6500 RPM. In our 500-512 cubic inch stroker engines, it'll move the powerband down slightly to about 1000-6000. These are a great manifold to use with our Stealth aluminum cylinder heads on cars which will see some street use. This version fits "B" (361/383/400) engines. We have another version for "RB" engines listed separately.

Our new low deck (361/383/400) Dual Plane intakes are designed to be just a step up from a factory intake, but with improved power and torque characteristics. And they shave quite a bit of weight off the engine since they are made of aluminum instead of cast iron. These are great for mostly street driven cars with cams under .510" lift, or trucks/motorhomes, etc where you are looking for a powerband from idle to 6000RPM.
